Bumble founder Whitney Wolfe Herd — who became a billionaire this week after launching the company’s successful IPO — is staying grounded amongst the buzz.

In an internal Slack sent to staff and seen by Page Six, Herd congratulated her team and urged them to stay “humble, kind and collaborative.”

“Don’t watch the stock, watch customer feedback and growth,” Herd, 31, the youngest female CEO to take a company public wrote. “Pay attention to success stories and customer complaints… We are not perfect but every single day is an opportunity for us to improve. Let’s remain humble, kind and collaborative. Tomorrow’s success isn’t promised, and it is our character and values that will hold us together through the ups and downs ahead.”

Herd also reiterated her commitment to “putting inclusivity, diversity, and equality at the forefront of our priorities.”

“We will do the right thing, and we’ll lead with our values,” she wrote. “Please remember, we’re all in this together — communicate and take care of one another.”

Bumble is the dating app that puts women in control by allowing them to make the first move. It was valued at $8.7 billion on Friday after the company’s stock surged 63-percent to $70.31 after its market debut Thursday.
